General Membership Is Open To Everyone.
In order to become a general member of the HANP simply fill out the HANP General Membership Application.

Certification Application for Naturopathic Physicians
The Homeopathic Academy of Naturopathic Physicians offers speciality certification in the practice of homeopathy to qualified naturopathic physicians. The DHANP application and examination process occurs in three stages.

  1. The first stage is to apply for DHANP Candidate status. Please view the DHANP Candidate Application for details.
  2. The second stage is to become a Fellow of the HANP. Please see the FHANP application.
  3. The submission of five cases and an oral examination are the final requirement to achieve Diplomate status.

Once the DHANP applicant has passed the Part One written examination, the applicant needs to  will need 500 hours of homeopathic education.  The applicant may then apply for Fellow of the HANP, and to take Part Two of the CHC exam, involving case analysis of video and written cases. After passing the Case Analysis exam, the next step to becoming board certified as a DHANP is to submit 5 cases and 2 letters of recommendation from active DHANPs. The final step is an oral exam on the applicant's five cases. Please see the DHANP Candidate Application, and the FHANP application for more details.
