Eligibility
I have read the exam criteria below and am eligible.
The steps to become a Fellow of the HANP are:
- Graduated from an AANP approved naturopathic college: Bastyr University, National College of Naturopathic Medicine, Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Southwest College.
- Graduate of:

- Passed Multiple Choice CHC Board Certification Exam. Date:
- Have completed 500 hours of specialty training in homeopathy. This includes courses from a naturopathic college and approved homeopathic courses and seminars. Please list and document below.
- Licensed to practice naturopathic medicine.
- Jurisdictions in which you are licensed to practice
- Been in practice for at least one year prior to application. Date started:
- After your application for FHANP and the Case Analysis Exam is approved. The HANP informs the CHC you are approved to take their Case Analysis Exam. You will need to arrange with the CHC for a proctor. Proctor fee, if required, is not included, and will be your responsibility.
FINAL STEPS FOR DHANP CERTIFICATION AFTER CASE ANALYSIS EXAM PASSED. NOT REQUIRED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
- Present two (2) letters of recommendation from current DHANP. Email, fax or mail to HANP.
- Submit five (5) chronic cases with minimum one-year follow up.

This list includes courses you have taken in naturopathic colleges and outside seminars. HANP reserves the right to evaluate the validity of post-graduate instruction. You need not inquire about which courses are acceptable, simply include all the seminars and classes and their documentation. HANP will evaluate your hours. All claims are subject to verification. Falsified credits will result in disqualification, without refund of the fee.
