Holly is a 31-year-old physical therapist. She came to my office complaining of fatigue, migraine headaches, and depression.

She had a very small head and a fairly normal body, except that she's very bony in the shoulder and near her clavicle, and she's very large-hipped and kind of concave, so her posture is unusual, and her head is really small. She walks in a protecting kind of way. Her pelvis is in, and she walks like she's guarding something.
